At Least One Kennedy Admits Guilt

Rep. Patrick Kennedy, D-R.I., pleaded guilty today to driving under the influence of prescription drugs stemming from a collision near the Capitol on May 4th, this year. In exchange for the guilty plea, he got some worthless, piddly-assed sentence that isn't even worth discussing here. But rest assured, it's not half of what you'll get if you're ever arrested for the same thing. Maybe next week he'll slap a Capitol Hill Police Officer, and get away with that, too.

But at least he didn't leave anyone to drown at the bottom of a river.
