Ward Churchill Gets The Boot?

According to Fox News, the top official at the University of Colorado has recommended that Adam Henry Ward Churchill be fired (if you're wondering what an Adam Henry is, you're sitting on it). Churchill is a liar, a plagiarist and all around scumbag, but he can still appeal the decision to yet another committee for review. He is still hiding under that pesky First Amendment... you know, the one that says "thou art free to steal another's work; to lie to gain employment; to claim minority status when thou art not; to call thy brethren Nazis when thou art one." THAT pesky amendment.
