Welcome to the War, Canada!

Canada joined the club Friday, enjoying their first success in the WOT. It seems the RCMP itself was watching the Al Qaeda knock-off group, and even delivered three tons of ammonium nitrate (the same stuff that brought down the Federal Building in Oklahoma City in 1995) All seventeen people arrested in the sting were Canadian citizens or residents, and may have made contact with likeminded scumbags in the U.S. recently. (Stars and Stripes Story). And they weren't planning to plant strawberries!

Just last week, the Brits had similar success during raids in Manchester, while looking for a terrorist cell with a possible chemical weapon. One suspect was shot during the raids.

Let no one be surprised, folks...they are bringing the war to us. Three tons of ammonium nitrate, chemical bombs...these people are intent upon killing as many westerners as possible, in the most spectacular way possible, and they are among us. Of course, we have no idea how many are here, because our borders are open and adam henrys like this wander in all the time. And still we can't agree to close the border, to kick out illegal aliens, to deport those who overstay visas, to listen in on people calling states that sponsor terrorism, to kill terrorists in their countries before they get to ours.

An old SAS chum of mine used to sum it up in typical Brit fashion: We have to get lucky every time, they only have to get lucky once!
